Dear Mark,

Thank you so much for all your efforts over the past months. I think it must have been almost as traumatic for you as for me. I still have to check every time it rains. I think it will take me some time to stop doing that. But so far so good. The tiles were obviously the main problem – I just hope the ones on the other end last a bit longer. You must have got fed up with receiving my phone calls but you have been so patient and have never let me down – thank you for that.
